Content will be delivered through a combination of LIVE zoom meetings and webinars which will be recorded and available on the student platform to registered students only, Pre-recorded and manual content, Q&A sessions, and mentor meetings.

Contemplative coursework will be worked at your own pace and submitted for completion of course requirements.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Completion of a 200-hr Teacher Training program. It does NOT need to have been with 12 Sparrows.

Claire is a knowledgeable, kind, and skilled teacher. She guided a training that was in depth, clear, and simply outstanding. I recommend her teachings to anyone that is ready to go beyond asana and dive deeper into yoga and meditation as well as develop their skills as yoga teachers and community leaders.

I was not sure about the 300hr online format but, the sessions with Claire made me feel like everything was live. If you are thinking about an affordable program where you can actually learn and grow I strongly recommend 12 Sparrows trainings.
