Practice That Grounds, Clarifies, and Connects
Trauma-informed yoga, breath, and embodied inquiry — designed to help you move through life with presence, integrity, and deeper capacity.
Each class is an invitation to return to yourself, not to fix or perfect, or escape life, but to engage with it more fully, witness, feel, and reconnect.
We teach practices that integrate the physical, emotional, and subtle layers of experience, helping you inhabit your body more fully, clarify what matters, and meet the complexity of life as it is with strength and compassion.
Rooted in yogic philosophy, shaped by psychological insight, and held with reverence for mystery, this work lives at the intersection of presence and possibility. Our approach honors the art of attention, the power of breath, and the courage it takes to show up honestly again and again.
Whether you arrive steady or uncertain, seeking release or reconnection, looking to restore energy, navigate a turning point, or simply stay close to yourself,
YOU'RE WELCOME HERE.
All offerings are pay-what-you-can because choice and access matter. Learn how it works →

Tune In Tuesdays
A weekly dose of quiet attention, gentle grounding, and honest presence.
Tuesdays · 12:00pm – 12:30pm ET Online via Zoom
Each week, we gather for 30 minutes of live, guided meditation designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect to what matters — no experience necessary.
These sessions draw from mindfulness, breath awareness, somatic noticing, and existential reflection.
You might meet stillness, resistance, laughter, grief, or grace. All of it belongs.
Come as you are — cameras optional, pajamas welcome.

Rooted in equity. Powered by trust.
At 12 Sparrows, we believe that access to healing, growth, and presence should not be determined by income. That’s why all of our offerings — yoga classes, meditations, community sessions — are available on a pay-what-you-can basis.
This model reflects our values of autonomy, dignity, and interdependence. It’s based on the understanding that we each arrive with different resources — financial, emotional, energetic — and that honoring this truth creates a more inclusive and sustainable space for all.
We invite you to contribute in a way that feels aligned with your current capacity and the value you receive. Some weeks that may be more, some less. All are welcome.
If you’re able to give more, your generosity helps us offer low-cost or free access to others.
If you’re in a season where you need to receive more than you can give, you’re still exactly where you belong.
No applications. No judgment. Just practice — held in mutual respect and care.
Make a ContributionNot Sure What to Give?
You’re not alone — it’s a common question.
We offer this model with no expectations, but we also know that having a reference point can be helpful.
Here’s a sliding scale to support your decision, based on your current circumstances:
$5–$10 — If you’re managing basic needs, under financial strain, or just starting out — your presence is a gift.
$10–$25 — If you’re able to meet your needs with some flexibility — this range helps cover the cost of creating and holding these spaces.
$25–$40+ — If you’re resourced and want to honor the value of the offering or help support others — thank you for your generosity.
This isn’t a price list. It’s a practice of mutual respect — a way to align your contribution with your current capacity and values.
Whatever you give, and however you show up, your presence is appreciated.
